England will face Argentina in the World Cup semi-final. Ahead of the match, center-back Goy gave an interview in Atlanta.

Speaking about their opponents Argentina, Gue said, "We have no pressure. What pressure? The pressure is on them. They are the world champions. They need to step up, they need to defend their title. We have absolutely no pressure."

England defeated Norway in extra time to advance in their last match, and Goy believes the team is fully capable of reaching the World Cup final.

Goy continued, "This resonated deeply with each of us. I think you could see that the moments on the field were tough, but nobody panicked because of it."

"Everyone was incredibly calm, looking at each other with almost perfect understanding. From the very first day of training camp, the head coach's message was one of brotherhood, mutual support, and mutual assistance."

"And that showed in the most difficult moments, which we saw throughout the entire event. We demonstrated great resilience. We will continue to ride the waves and we'll see what happens next."
