In the World Cup semi-final held early this morning, Argentina defeated England 2-1. After the match, Messi gave an interview in the mixed media area, and Gueye, who happened to be passing by, offered his congratulations.

After the match, the England players were visibly dejected. As they walked through the mixed zone at Atlanta Stadium, Messi was being interviewed.

As Guido walked toward the team bus, he said in Spanish, "Good luck in the final." Messi briefly paused his interview and responded to Guido's words, "Thank you, goodbye."
