According to Argentine media TyC, on July 17th Beijing time, Argentina's starting players in the semi-final got a rest, while the substitutes had a light training session.

According to reports, the Argentine national team held its first training session ahead of their World Cup final match against Spain. Less than 24 hours after their comeback victory against England, the Albiceleste conducted a relaxed training session in Atalanta.
Players who played more than 60 minutes in the semi-final were given a rest, undergoing only some light physical recovery training. While their teammates practiced with the ball, the camera focused on Messi, Paredes, and Fernandez, who were sitting barefoot on a bench chatting and laughing. Later, Simeone, Alvarez, and other members of the starting lineup who led the team to a 2-1 victory over England at the Atalanta Stadium joined them.
This afternoon's practice was relatively relaxed; players with limited playing time or who didn't play yesterday did some light drills. The most intense practice will be on Friday, which will be the last practice in Atlanta before heading to New Jersey (the venue for the finals).
