Romano reports that Chilean club Colo-Colo is in talks to sign Cape Verdean goalkeeper Voznia on a free transfer. The club has submitted an initial offer, and Voznia's agent has responded with a counter-offer.
Colo-Colo will soon have to choose between Voznia and Santiago Mele. In addition, Voznia has offers from several other South American clubs.
