According to RMC, Beckham will earn £19 million, or more than €22 million, from advertising endorsements during the 2026 World Cup.

On the field, Spain defeated Argentina 1-0 in the final to lift the World Cup trophy. Off the field, however, it was Beckham who profited from the victory.
The former England captain reportedly earned £19 million (approximately €22.258 million) from advertising contracts during the 2026 World Cup, held in the United States, Mexico, and Canada from June 11 to July 19. This estimate was given by market analysts.
This huge sum came from his World Cup-related advertising deals with 11 brands, including Adidas, Bank of America, EA Sports, Home Depot, Cheetos, Lenovo, McDonald's, Ninja Kitchen, Pepsi, Stella Artois, and Verizon.
Brand and culture expert Nick Ed told The Sun: "Despite the criticism he often receives, international brands clearly believe that his surname, social media influence, and international recognition still have high marketing value in a sport watched by billions of people. Advertising and increased exposure will further enhance his personal brand and market value."
He added, "Brands are willing to spend tens of millions to sign celebrities who can instantly grab attention during advertising slots because they know that these celebrities are facing billions of viewers."
Shakira, Justin Bieber, and Timothée Chalamet followed closely behind.
David Beckham is the co-owner of Inter Miami and played for the Los Angeles Galaxy for five years. He attended many matches during this tournament, demonstrating his significant influence in the United States. Even his eldest son, Brooklyn, with whom he has a strained relationship, earned approximately £1 million (about €1.171 million) through a World Cup advertising campaign with DoorDash.
Following David Beckham on the list of highest-paid celebrities are Shakira and Justin Bieber. The Colombian singer, whose hit song "Dai Dai" is featured on FIFA's official music playlist, earned approximately £15 million (about €17.572 million) for her performances at the opening ceremony and halftime of the final in Mexico. Justin Bieber also participated in the halftime show, earning around £12 million (over €14 million). Timothée Chalamet also earned a substantial income during the tournament, collaborating with Adidas.
