According to The Sun, Spanish World Cup hero Ferran Torres allegedly flirted with singer Ana Mena while celebrating the team's victory.
Ferran Torres, 26, scored the winning goal in Sunday's World Cup final, helping Spain defeat Argentina 1-0, making him a national darling in Spain. Following the victory parade, the Spanish players attended a celebratory banquet, and singer Ana Mena, who performed on stage, was also invited.
Spanish journalist Javier de Oyos previously reported that Ferran Torres and his ex-girlfriend had broken up before Spain's 2-1 quarter-final victory over Belgium on July 10.
It now appears that Ferran Torres has moved on from the relationship quickly, as he was spotted with Ana Mena during a Spanish national team celebration.
Singer Amor Romera, who also attended the party, confirmed that Ferran Torres and Ana Mena were indeed "flirting." In a reply to a fan on Instagram, she said, "They were together all night, lots of sparks. Like they were on a date."
Meanwhile, journalist Gerard Romero stated in a live broadcast that Ferran Torres and Ana Mena had "excellent chemistry." He also pointed out that Mena was later photographed wearing a Spanish national team number 7 jersey, which he believed belonged to Torres.
Romero said in the live broadcast: "Last night, at the party that Ozuna attended, Mike Taverns, Laura Indigo and Ana Mena were all there... What jersey was Ana Mena wearing, and what number was it?"
"All I can say is that they have excellent chemistry."
