According to Sport1, Bayern Munich chairman Jan Christian Dresen said the club hopes to extend Harry Kane's contract.
"Both sides have a strong desire," Dresen said on Tuesday at the Munich Press Club. He added, "Now it depends on whether their desires can find common ground."

Kane's contract in Munich expires in the summer of 2027. Ahead of the 2026 World Cup, the striker, who led England to a third-place finish, stated that he would focus on that competition first.
When asked about the potential contract extension with sporting director Eberl, Dresen declined to comment, mentioning that the supervisory board was handling the matter. Regarding his own future, he said, "I'm very relaxed right now." This is likely because Bayern expects to report profits again this autumn. "We will continue our profit momentum."
On the competitive front, Bayern still has the ultimate goal. Dresen said, "We can't really believe we can win the Champions League every year. But it has to be our goal. That's what Bayern wants—to fight for every title. However, we're not foolish or arrogant enough to not know it's impossible."
