Former England player Nathaniel Chalobah has joined Charlton Athletic on trial, earning a chance to return to the Championship.
The 31-year-old midfielder became a free agent after leaving Sheffield Wednesday at the end of last season.
Charlton manager Nathaniel Jones has decided to give Chalobah a chance to regain his form in the Championship.
He came on as a substitute in Charlton's preseason friendly victory over Colchester United last night.
