Toby Alderweireld publicly supported Kane's Ballon d'Or bid during a guest appearance on "Breakfast" on Wednesday.

When asked if he thought Kane deserved the Ballon d'Or, Alderweireld replied, "For me, yes."
"Let me tell you why. In the past, people always valued players who were fast and had good dribbling skills. Of course, players like Messi (Lionel) and Ronaldo (Cristiano) were the same, but Harry was just too good."
"Of course, he's a goal-scoring machine, but on the other hand, he's also a true team player. He can make the whole team play better."
"Everyone is saying he'll drop back into midfield more often, but when you're under pressure and need a breather, his positioning is excellent."
“You pass the ball to him, and he does a great job in both physical duels and ball control. He’s an excellent striker. I think he’s one of the best strikers in the world. He’s very well-rounded.”
